Analysis of the Influence of Targeted Nursing of Infectious Diseases on the Coping Style of Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B
Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing of infectious diseases in patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods A total of 108 patients with chronic hepatitis B admitted to Xinyi People's Hospital from January 2023 to July 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into two groups,54 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given targeted nursing of infectious diseases on the basis of routine nursing.The scores of bad mood,coping style and quality of life before nursing intervention and 1 d before discharge were compared between the two groups.Results 1 d before discharge,the score of bad mood in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).1 d before discharge,the confrontation score in the coping style of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the avoidance and yield scores were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).1 d before discharge,the quality of life score of the study group was(96.71±1.38)points,which was higher than that of the control group(91.47±2.69)points,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(t=12.736,P<0.001).Conclusion By adopting the targeted nursing strategy of infectious diseases in the nursing of patients with chronic hepatitis B,it can not only improve the patient's treatment confidence,but also reduce the pa-tient's negative emotions and improve their quality of life.
