基于全科理念Barthel指数评定量表的康复护理在老年脑梗死后偏瘫患者中的应用及对生活质量的影响分析

摘要
目的 探讨基于全科理念Barthel指数(Barthel Index,BI)评定量表的康复护理在老年脑梗死后偏瘫患者中的应用及对其生活质量的影响.方法 方便选取2021年7月—2023年7月徐州市中医院收治的76例老年脑梗死后偏瘫患者为研究对象,根据不同护理方法分组,各38例.对照组行常规护理,观察组增加基于全科理念BI评定量表的康复护理.对比两组患者的心理状态、自我效能、日常生活能力及生活质量.结果 护理后,观察组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组自我效能评分为(29.95±3.43)分、日常生活能力评分为(73.87±5.04)分均高于对照组的(25.05±3.24)分、(66.24±5.35)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.402、6.399,P均<0.05);观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对老年脑梗死后偏瘫患者进行基于全科理念BI评定量表的康复护理,可有效改善患者心理状态及提升患者自我效能、日常生活能力,进而提升其生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application of rehabilitation nursing based on Barthel Index(BI)rating scale in elderly patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction and its effect on their quality of life.Methods A total of 76 el-derly patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction admitted to Xuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2021 to July 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects and divided into groups according to different nursing methods,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observa-tion group added rehabilitation nursing based on BI rating scale of general concept.The psychological state,self-efficacy,daily living ability and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The self-efficacy score(29.95±3.43)points and daily living ability score(73.87±5.04)points in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(25.05±3.24)points and(66.24±5.35)points,the differences were statistically significant(t=6.402,6.399,both P<0.05);the quality of life score of the obser-vation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Con-clusion Rehabilitation nursing based on BI rating scale of general concept can effectively improve the psychological state,self-efficacy and daily living ability of elderly patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction,and then im-prove their quality of life.
