Analysis of the Effect of Emergency Rapid Nursing on Patients with Dan-gerous Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding
Objective To observe the effectiveness of emergency rapid nursing in patients with dangerous upper gastro-intestinal bleeding.Methods A total of 70 patients with dangerous upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to Gaoc-hun People's Hospital of Nanjing in Jiangsu Province from November 2021 to December 2023 were randomly se-lected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into study group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The study group received emergency rapid nursing,and the control group received emergency routine nursing.The treatment time,hemostatic effect,fear of disease progression and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The diagnosis and treatment time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hemostatic effect of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the fear of disease progression in the study group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfactory degree of the study group was 94.29%(33/35),which was higher than 74.29%(26/35)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.285,P=0.022).Conclu-sion The application of emergency rapid nursing in patients with dangerous upper gastrointestinal bleeding can shorten the time of diagnosis and treatment,improve the hemostatic effect,alleviate the fear of disease progression and improve nursing satisfactory degree.
