Effect of Motivational Interview under the Cross-theoretical Model on the Self-conscious Health Control Behavior of Patients after PCI
Objective To explore the effect of motivational interview under the cross-theoretical model intervention on patients'self-conscious health control behavior after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 96 patients who underwent PCI in Xinghua Hospital Affiliated to Kangda College of Nanjing Medical University from January to December 2023 were prospective randomly selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods, they were divided into control group(48 cases, routine nursing mode)and observation group(48 cases,moti-vational interview under cross-theoretical model). The self-conscious health control behavior and health promotion lifestyle of the patients of the two groups were compared. Results At 1 day,3 days and 1 month after discharge, the scores of self-conscious health control behavior in the observation group were(3.12±0.35)points,(3.86±0.14)points and(4.55±0.21)points,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group(2.66±0.31)points,(3.20±0.16)points and(3.93±0.26)points,the differences were statistically significant(t=6.816,21.508,12.852,all P<0.05).After discharged, the scores of health-promoting lifestyle and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion After PCI,the inter-vention of motivational interview under the cross-theoretical model can effectively enhance the patients'self-conscious health control behavior and improve the quality of life.
