Application of WeChat Continuous Nursing in Patients Undergoing Lapa-roscopic Hiatal Hernia Repair and Its Effect on Self-care Ability
Objective To explore the effect of WeChat continuous nursing on patients undergoing laparoscopic hiatal hernia repair and its influence on their self-care ability.Methods A total of 74 patients with laparoscopic hiatal her-nia repair admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from February 2022 to May 2023 were con-veniently selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into two groups,37 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing after operation,and the observation group was given WeChat continuous nursing after operation.The compliance,self-care ability,quality of life and nursing satis-faction of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of compliance and self-care ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life index and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were(132.75±6.83)points and(95.54±4.35)points,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group(124.63±6.71)points and(90.25±4.57)points,the differences were statistically significant(t=5.159,5.100,both P<0.05).Conclusion The ef-fect of WeChat continuous nursing in patients undergoing laparoscopic hiatal hernia repair is significant.It can effec-tively improve their compliance with medical treatment,improve their self-care ability,improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
