Analysis of the Application Effect of Seamless Integrated Emergency Nurs-ing Mode in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction
Objective To explore the effect of seamless integrated emergency nursing mode in clinical nursing of acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 98 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Yuncheng Nursing Vocational College from January 2022 to January 2024 were convenient selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into reference group(routine emergency nursing)and study group(seamless integrated emergency nursing),with 49 cases in each group.The activities of daily living,quality of life score,first aid related time and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Af-ter nursing,the scores of activities of daily living and quality of life in the two groups increased,and those in the study group were higher than the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The pre-hospital emergency time,rescue time,department consultation time and transfer time in the study group were shorter than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The family members'total satisfaction with emergency care in the study group was 97.96%(48/49),which was higher than 83.67%(41/49)in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.404,P=0.035).Conclusion The applica-tion of seamless integrated emergency nursing mode in the clinical nursing of acute cerebral infarction can improve the rescue efficiency,prognosis effect and family nursing satisfaction of patients.
