Application of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in the Rehabilitation of Stress Urinary Incontinence after Total Hysterectomy
Objective To explore the role of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients after total hysterectomy. Methods A total of 160 patients after total hysterectomy admitted to the First People's Hospital of Taicang from De-cember 2021 to December 2023 were selected randomly as the research objects.According to different nursing meth-ods,they were divided into study group and control group, with 80 cases in each group. The control group received general nursing, and the study group received comprehensive nursing. The levels of stress urinary incontinence, pelvic floor muscle function and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The stress urinary inconti-nence in the study group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing, there was no significant difference in pelvic floor muscle function between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing, the symptoms(10.45±2.19)points,influence(5.96±1.43)points and importance(6.26±1.57)points in the pelvic floor muscle function level of the study group were lower than those of the control group(17.65±2.33)points,(10.28±2.11)points,(9.98±1.76)points,and the differences were statistically significant(t=20.139,15.159,14.108,all P<0.05).Before nursing, there was no significant difference in quality of life score between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing, the physiological, psychological, material and social scores of quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the level of stress urinary incontinence in patients after total hysterectomy, improve pelvic floor muscle function and quality of life.
