Study on the Effect of Continuous Intervention Nursing of "Online Com-munity+Telephone and Outpatient Follow-up" on the Quality of Life of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease after Coronary Intervention Therapy
Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of continuous intervention nursing of"network community+telephone and outpatient follow-up"on the quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 90 patients with CHD who underwent PCI in the Depart-ment of Cardiology,Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from February 2021 to February 2023 were se-lected prospectively and randomly as the research objects.According to different nursing schemes, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received continuous intervention nursing. The improvement of quality of life and self-care abil-ity and compliance before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in quality of life score and self-care ability score between the two groups(both P>0.05).After nursing, the self-care ability score and quality of life score of the two groups were higher than those before nursing, the self-care ability score of the observation group was(151.76±14.30)points,and the quality of life score was(117.27±19.04)points,which were higher than those of the control group(129.52±13.68)points,(95.68±16.53)points,the differences were statistically significant(t=7.539,5.744,both P<0.05).The compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of"network community+telephone and outpatient follow-up"continuous intervention nursing for pa-tients with CHD undergoing PCI is conducive to improving their compliance with medical treatment, strengthening their self-care ability and improving their quality of life.
