止痛如神汤加减熏洗坐浴治疗血栓性外痔的临床疗效分析

摘要
目的 探究止痛如神汤加减熏洗坐浴治疗血栓性外痔的临床疗效.方法 随机选取2023年1月—2024年1月聊城市东昌府区妇幼保健院收治的100例血栓性外痔患者为研究对象,根据不同用药方案分为对照组和研究组,每组50例.对照组采用西药治疗,研究组采用止痛如神汤加减熏洗坐浴治疗,对比两组的治疗效果、疼痛程度、临床症状、生活质量、满意度.结果 研究组治疗总有效率90.00%(45/50)高于对照组的70.00%(35/50),差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.250,P=0.012).治疗后,研究组疼痛评分为(1.25±0.13)分,低于对照组的(2.35±0.20)分,差异有统计学意义(t=32.608,P<0.001).治疗后,两组患者的临床症状评分低于治疗前,且研究组评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).治疗后,两组患者的生活质量评分高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).研究组治疗总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 止痛如神汤加减熏洗坐浴治疗血栓性外痔可以提升患者的治疗效果,减轻患者疼痛,提高生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Zhitong Rushen Tang fumigation sitz bath in the treat-ment of thrombotic external hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 100 patients with thrombotic external hemorrhoids admit-ted to Dongchangfu District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Liaocheng City from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected randomly as the research objects.According to different medication regimens,they were divided into control group and study group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the study group was treated with modified Zhitong Rushen Tang fumigation and sitz bath.The therapeutic effect,pain degree,clinical symptoms,quality of life and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 90.00%(45/50),which was higher than 70.00%(35/50)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.250,P=0.012).After treatment,the pain score of the study group was(1.25±0.13)points,which was lower than that of the control group(2.35±0.20)points,and the difference was sta-tistically significant(t=32.608,P<0.001).After treatment,the clinical symptom scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically sig-nificant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scores of the two groups were higher than those before treat-ment,and the study group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhitong Rushen Tang fumigation sitz bath in the treatment of thrombotic exter-nal hemorrhoids can improve the treatment effect of patients,reduce the pain of patients,and improve the quality of life.
