Safety Evaluation of Low Molecular Heparin Sodium Combined with Aspi-rin in the Treatment of Recurrent Miscarriage
Objective To study the safety of low molecular heparin sodium combined with aspirin in the treatment of recurrent miscarriage. Methods A total of 68 patients with recurrent abortion admitted to Wenshang County People's Hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects. They were divided into con-trol group(34 cases)and study group(34 cases)by different treatment methods. The control group was treated with as-pirin,and the study group was treated with low molecular weight heparin sodium. The disappearance time of symp-toms,coagulation function, the incidence of adverse reactions and live birth rate were compared between the two groups. Results The disappearance time of abdominal pain, bleeding and lumbar acid bulge in the study group was shorter than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment, the platelet count, prothrombin time, fibrinogen and activated partial thromboplastin time in the study group were bet-ter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The live birth rate of the study group was 97.06%(33/34),which was higher than 76.47%(26/34)of the con-trol group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.610,P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment of recurrent mis-carriage with low molecular heparin sodium combined with aspirin has advantages in shortening the time of symptom disappearance, improving coagulation function, reducing adverse effects, and increasing the rate of live birth and higher security.
