Safety Evaluation of Nifedipine Combined with Labetalol in the Treatment of Gestational Hypertension
Objective To evaluate the safety of nifedipine combined with rabelol in the treatment of gestational hyper-tension.Methods A total of 80 patients with gestational hypertension who were admitted to the First Hospital of Putian City from January 2021 to December 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to different treat-ment drugs, they were divided into control group(n=40,labetalol treatment)and study group(n=40,nifedipine com-bined with labetalol treatment). Both groups were treated for 1 week. The uterine artery hemodynamics, morning blood pressure level,24 h urine protein quantification, blood viscosity, the incidence of premature delivery, postpartum hem-orrhage,fetal distress, and neonatal asphyxia were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, uterine artery hemodynamics, morning blood pressure level,24 h urine protein quantification and blood viscosity were im-proved in both groups compared with those before treatment, and the study group was better than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the study group was 2.50%(1/40),which was lower than 47.50%(19/40)in the control group, and the difference was sta-tistically significant(χ2=21.600,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of nifedipine combined with labetalol in the treat-ment of gestational hypertension is more prominent, which improves the blood pressure status of patients, provides a good intrauterine environment for fetal development, and is conducive to improving pregnancy outcomes.
