Objective To explore the effect of life hope plan nursing on fatigue status,self-management ability and hope level of uremic hemodialysis patients. Methods Seventy uremic hemodialysis patients admitted to Taizhou City Hospital of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2020 to January 2022 were randomly selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to different nursing intervention schemes, with 35 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the research group carried out life hope plan nursing on the basis of the control group. The changes of fatigue status,self-management ability and hope level of the two groups were compared. Results Before intervention, the scores of Fatigue Scale-14(FS-14),self-management ability and Herth Hope Index(HHI)of the two groups were similar, and the differences were not statistically significant(all P>0.05).After intervention, the total score of FS-14 in the research group was(3.78±0.47)points,lower than(5.16±0.76)points in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.136,P<0.05);the total score of self-management ability and the score of HHI were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statisti-cally significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out life hope plan nursing for uremic hemodialysis patients is helpful to relieve their fatigue degree and improve their self-management ability and hope level.
