Application of Rehabilitation Nursing Based on Self-efficacy Theory in Hemiplegic Patients with Cerebral Ischemic Stroke
Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing based on self-efficacy theory in hemiplegic pa-tients with cerebral ischemic stroke(CIS).Methods Ninety-two hemiplegic patients with CIS admitted to Heze Hospi-tal of Shandong Provincial Hospital from August 2022 to July 2023 were conveniently selected as study objects and di-vided into two groups according to different nursing schemes, with 46 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the study group implemented rehabilitation nursing based on self-efficacy theory on the basis of the control group. The rehabilitation behavior compliance,Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ),General Self Efficacy Scale(GSES),and Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale(FMA)scores of the two groups were analyzed. Results The compliance rate of rehabilitation behavior in the study group was 97.83%(45/46),which was higher than 82.61%(38/46)in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.434,P<0.05).Before nursing, the SCSQ scores,GSES scores and FMA scores of the two groups were similar, and the differences were not statistically signifi-cant(all P>0.05).After nursing, the positive coping scores in the SCSQ scores of the two groups were higher than those before nursing, and the negative coping scores were lower than those before nursing, the positive coping score of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the negative coping score was lower than that of the con-trol group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After nursing, the GSES and FMA scores of the two groups were higher than those before nursing, and the GSES and FMA scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilita-tion nursing based on self-efficacy theory for hemiplegic patients with CIS can effectively ensure compliance of reha-bilitation behavior, improve disease coping style and self-efficacy,and promote limb function rehabilitation.
