Analysis on the Application Effect of Emergency Nursing Risk Manage-ment and Control Model for Patients with Acute and Critical Cerebrovas-cular Diseases
Objective To analyze the effect of implementing the emergency nursing risk management and control model for patients with acute and critical cerebrovascular diseases. Methods Ninety-eight patients with acute and critical cerebrovascular diseases admitted to Yixing Second People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods, with 49 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the study group added risk management and control intervention on the basis of the control group. The occurrence of risk events, quality of life and nursing sat-isfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of risk events in the study group was 4.08%(47/49),which was lower than 16.33%(41/49)in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.009,P<0.05).The scores of all dimensions of World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 95.92%(47/49),which was higher than 81.63%(40/49)of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.018,P=0.025).Conclusion Adopting the risk management and control model in emergency nursing for patients with acute and critical cerebrovascular diseases can reduce risk events,im-prove quality of life and enhance nursing satisfaction.
