Application Effect of Continuous Nursing Based on WeChat Platform in Patients after Carotid Artery Stent Implantation Surgery
Objective To analyze the effect of WeChat platform continuous nursing on the postoperative care of pa-tients with carotid artery stent implantation.Methods From June 2021 to June 2023,70 patients who underwent ca-rotid artery stentimplantation in the Department of Neurosurgery Qingyun County People's Hospital of shandong prov-ince were randomly selected as the study subjects.The subjects were grouped according to different intervention plans,with 35 patients in each group.The control group patients only received discharge guidance,while the study group patients received continuous nursing based on WeChat platform on the basis of the control group,with a continu-ous intervention of 6 months.Compare the treatment compliance,self-efficacy,family function,and quality of life of two group.Results The total treatment compliance rate of the study group was 94.29%(33/35),which was higher than 77.14%(27/35)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.200,P<0.05).Before dis-charge,there was no significant difference in self-efficacy score between the two groups(P>0.05);at 6 months after discharge,the self-efficacy score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before discharge,there was no significant difference in family function scores be-tween the two groups(P>0.05);at 6 months after discharge,the famly function score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before discharge,there was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05);at 6 months after discharge,the quality of life scores of the two groups were higher than those before discharge,and the quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Con-tinuous nursing based on WeChat platform for patients after carotid artery stent implantation surgery can help improve treatment compliance,self-efficacy,and family function,improve quality of life,and have high application value.
