The Effect of Staged Rehabilitation Nursing on Limb Function in Patients with Cerebral Infarction Hemiplegia
Objective To explore the effect of staged rehabilitation nursing on limb function in patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia. Methods A total of 136 patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia admitted to Xinyi People's Hospital from June 2022 to November 2023 were convenient to select as the research objects.According to different nursing methods, they were divided into routine group and study group, with 68 cases in each group. The routine group received routine nursing, and the study group received staged rehabilitation nursing. The limb function, balance and self-care ability of the two groups were compared. Results Before intervention, there was no significant difference in limb function scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention, the limb function scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention, the upper limb motor score(48.25±9.19)points and lower limb motor score(22.21±4.38)points in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group(44.87±8.32)points and(19.82±4.24)points,the differences were statistically significant(t=2.248,3.233;both P<0.05).Before the interven-tion,there was no significant difference in the Berg score between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention, the Berg scores of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention, and the study group was higher than the conventional group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Before intervention, there was no signifi-cant difference in self-care ability scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention, the self-care ability scores of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention, and the study group was higher than the con-ventional group, the differences were all statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia, staged rehabilitation nursing can improve their limb ability, improve their balance, and improve their self-care ability.
