Analysis of the Effect of Stratified Rehabilitation Nursing under the Guid-ance of Fall Risk Assessment Theory in the Prevention of Falls in Patients with Parkinson's Disease
Objective To explore the effect of stratified rehabilitation nursing under the guidance of fall risk assess-ment theory in preventing falls in patients with Parkinson's disease. Methods A total of 90 patients with Parkinson's disease admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from August 2021 to August 2023 were ran-domly selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods, they were divided into control group and study group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine rehabilitation nursing intervention, and the study group was given stratified rehabilitation nursing under the guidance of fall risk assessment theory. The psychological state, knowledge, attitude and practice level of fall prevention, gait function and incidence of fall events were compared between the two groups. Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in psychological state score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing, the psychological state scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing, and the study group was lower than the control group, the differences were statistically sig-nificant(all P<0.05).Before nursing, there was no significant difference in the scores of knowledge, attitude and prac-tice of fall prevention between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing, the scores of knowledge, attitude and practice of fall prevention in the two groups were higher than those before nursing, and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Before nursing, there was no significant difference in gait function between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing, the gait function of the two groups were better than those before nursing, and the study group was better than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of falls in the study group was 2.22%(1/45),which was lower than 17.78%(8/45)in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.444,P=0.035).Conclusion The application of stratified rehabilitation nursing under the guidance of fall risk assessment theory in the prevention of falls in patients with Parkinson's disease can effectively improve the psychological state of patients,im-prove their level of knowledge, belief and behavior in the prevention of falls and gait function, and thus effectively re-duce the incidence of falls and other adverse events.
