The Impact of Collaborative Nursing Under Symptom Management Strat-egy on Patients with Chronic Heart Failure
Objective To explore the application effect of collaborative nursing mode under symptom management strategy in chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to Yizheng People's Hospital of Jiangsu Province from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received collaborative nurs-ing under symptom management strategy.The self-capacity management efficiency,psychological state and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the self-care confidence(91.37±5.34)points,self-care maintenance(92.36±4.28)points,and self-care management(92.47±6.37)points in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(84.52±2.86)points,(85.67±3.22)points,(84.57±4.55)points,the differences were sta-tistically significant(t=7.996,8.832,7.136;all P<0.05).After nursing,the psychological state scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life scores of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The collaborative nursing under the symptom management strategy can enhance the self-capacity management efficiency of patients with chronic heart failure,improve their psychological state and im-prove their quality of life.
