Observation on the Effect of Predictive Nursing Intervention in Patients with Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy for Urinary Calculi
Objective To explore the application effect of predictive nursing intervention in patients with urinary cal-culi.Methods A total of 92 patients with urinary calculi admitted to Nantong Haimen District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were convenient to select as the research objects.According to different nursing methods, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 46 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received predictive nursing intervention. The negative emotions, pain degree, complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention,SAS(40.53±4.61)points and SDS(38.65±4.25)points in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(47.81±5.02)points and(45.24±4.39)points,and the differences were statistically significant(t=7.245,7.315;both P<0.05).At 12 hours,24 hours and 48 hours after operation, the pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the satisfaction was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with urinary calculi, predictive nursing interven-tion during the perioperative period of shock wave lithotripsy can reduce patients'bad mood and pain, reduce the risk of complications, and improve patient satisfaction.
