Effects of Psychological Counseling Combined with Phased Rehabilitation Nursing on Emotional State and Complications in Patients with Gallblad-der Cancer
Objective To explore the effect of psychological counseling combined with phased rehabilitation nursing on the emotional state and complications of gallbladder cancer patients.Methods The clinical data of 86 patients with gallbladder cancer admitted to Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center from May 2022 to May 2023 were retrospec-tively selected,and they were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.The control group(43 cases)received routine nursing,and the observation group(43 cases)received psychological counseling+staged reha-bilitation nursing.The improvement of emotional state,postoperative complications and quality of life of the two groups were analyzed.Results After intervention,the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale in the observation group were(7.26±1.24)points and(8.16±2.29)points,which were lower than those in the con-trol group(15.15±2.54)points and(16.95±3.36)points,and the differences were statistically significant(t=7.025,4.995;P<0.05);the total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 4.65%(2/43),which was lower than 18.60%(8/43)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.074,P<0.05).Af-ter intervention,the quality of life index score of the observation group was(6.72±1.50)points,which was higher than that of the control group(6.00±1.36)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.332,P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with gallbladder cancer,psychological counseling and phased rehabilitation nursing intervention can help patients effectively alleviate negative emotions,reduce complications,and significantly improve the quality of life.
