Analysis of the Influence on Intestinal Neurotransmitters and the Applica-tion Effects of Jianpi Yishen Zengye Decoction in Elderly Patients with Chronic Functional Constipation
Objective To analyze the curative effect of modified Shenping decoction combined with routine treatment in the treatment of allergic rhinitis of lung and spleen qi deficiency type.Methods A total of 60 patients with allergic rhinitis(lung and spleen qi deficiency type)admitted to Yankuang New Journey General Hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and study group,30 cases in each group.Routine treatment and traditional Chi-nese medicine modified Shenping decoction combined with routine treatment were carried out respectively.The symp-tom scores,treatment efficiency and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the symptom score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statis-tically significant(P<0.05).The level of inflammatory factors in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than 73.33%(22/30)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.705;P=0.030).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine modified Shenping decoction combined with routine treatment of lung and spleen qi deficiency type allergic rhinitis has a good effect,which can help effec-tively inhibit inflammatory factors,improve disease symptoms,and facilitate disease outcome.
