Exploring the Clinical Effectiveness of Kouyanqing Granules+Jinguoyin Oral Liquid in the Treatment of Chronic Pharyngitis
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Kouyanqing Granules+Jinguoyin Oral Liquid in the treatment of patients with chronic pharyngitis.Methods The clinical data of 82 patients with chronic pharyngitis admitted to Sanshui District Maternal and Child Care Hospital of Foshan,Guangdong Province from January 2021 to December 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to different medication methods,they were divided into control group(41 cases,Jinguoyin Oral Liquid treatment)and study group(41 cases,Kouyanqing Granules were added on the basis of the control group).The therapeutic effect,total incidence of adverse reactions,Reflux Symptom Index(RSI)score and clinical symptom score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.56%(40/41),which was higher than 80.49%(33/41)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.493;P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in RSI score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the RSI score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the dif-ference was statistically significant(P<0.05),after treatment,the clinical symptom score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Kouyanqing Gran-ules+Jinguoyin Oral Liquid in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis can improve the effective rate of treatment,im-prove throat function and symptoms,and have fewer adverse reactions.
