Analysis of the Therapeutic Effect of Hyperbaric Oxygen Assisted Treat-ment on Unstable Angina Pectoris
Objective To analyze the value of hyperbaric oxygen assisted treatment for unstable angina(UA).Methods A total of 62 patients with UA admitted to the Nanning Second People's Hospital from February 2022 to August 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to different treatment meth-ods.The control group(31 cases)was treated with conventional therapy, and the observation group(31 cases)was treated with hyperbaric oxygen adjuvant therapy. The changes of heart rate variability, arrhythmia type,ST-T total time and Q-T interval before and after treatment were analyzed. Results The standard deviation of normal number of intervals, the standard deviation of the average RR interval, the root mean square of the difference between adjacent RR intervals, the percentage of the number of adjacent NN differences>50 ms to the total number of sinus beats and the triangle index in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).The total ST-T time(126.25±66.82)min and Q-T interval(40.02±5.82)ms in the obser-vation group were shorter than those in the control group(501.48±142.82)min and(43.52±4.94)ms,the differences were statistically significant(t=13.249,2.553;both P<0.05).The incidence of atrial fibrillation, frequent atrial prema-ture beats, paired atrial premature beats, frequent ventricular premature beats and arrests in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen assisted treatment for UA has an ideal therapeutic effect, which can improve myocardial ischemia, heart rate variability, and other conditions.Physicians can evaluate the treatment effect based on heart rate variability before and after treatment, aiming to grasp the actual condition and adjust the treatment plan.
