To Explore the Effect of Laparoscopic Technique Combined with Leupro-relin and Estradiol Valerate in the Treatment of Endometriosis
Objective To explore the efficacy of laparoscopic technique combined with leuprorelin and estradiol valer-ate in the treatment of endometriosis.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with endometriosis admitted to the Capital Medical University Electric Power Teaching Hospital from January 2021 to September 2023 were retrospec-tively selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into inquiry group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laparoscopic surgery combined with leuprorelin,while the study group was treated with estradiol valerate on the basis of the control group.The menstrual abdominal pain,sex hormone level,pregnancy rate,recurrence rate and complications were compared between the two groups.Results Af-ter treatment,the menstrual abdominal pain in the study group was better than that in the control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sex hormone level of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statisti-cally significant(both P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was 6.00%(3/50),which was lower than 20.00%(10/50)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.332,P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic technique combined with leuprolide and estradiol valerate in the treatment of endometriosis can significantly alleviate the menstrual abdominal pain of patients,effectively regulate the level of sex hormones,im-prove the pregnancy rate,and reduce the recurrence rate and the incidence of complications.
