Analysis of the Effect of Laparoscopic Assisted Vaginal Hysterectomy in Patients with Huge Leiomyoma Uterus and Its Impact on Postoperative Re-covery
Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy(LAVH)in the treatment of huge leiomyoma uterus(HLU).Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with HLU admitted to Quanzhou First Hospi-tal from January 2023 to January 2024 were retrospectively selected.According to different surgical schemes, they were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group underwent traditional open surgery, and the observation group underwent LAVH surgery. The perioperative related indexes,inci-dence of complications, sex hormone levels and hormone receptor levels were compared between the two groups.Re-sults The operation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group, but the anal exhaust,sub-terranean activity and hospitalization time were shorter than that of the control group, and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.00%(2/40),lower than 20.00%(8/40)in the control group, and the differ-ence was statistically significant(χ2=4.114,P<0.05).3 months after surgery, the levels of follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).3 months after surgery, the hormone receptor level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion LAVH treat-ment for patients with HLU can optimize perioperative related indexes, have less impact on sex hormone levels, and be more conducive to the regulation of hormone receptor levels.
