目的 研讨生物反馈疗法联合电刺激及盆底肌康复训练治疗盆底功能障碍性疾病(pelvic floor dysfunc-tion,PFD)的效果.方法 随机选取2021年5月—2022年12月福建省宁德市古田县医院收治的100例PFD患者为研究对象,根据不同治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,各50例.对照组单纯行盆底肌康复训练,观察组在对照组的基础上进行生物反馈及电刺激,比较两组的盆底肌肉张力、盆底功能障碍程度以及性功能.结果 治疗后,观察组Ⅰ、Ⅱ类盆底肌纤维的肌电压值均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05).治疗后,观察组盆底功能障碍问卷-20(Pelvic Floor Distress Inventory-short From-20,PFDI-20)得分为(256.97±16.85)分,高于对照组的(239.01±13.98)分,差异有统计学(t=5.800,P<0.05).治疗后,观察组女性性功能指数(Fe-male Sexual Function Index,FSFI)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 生物反馈疗法联合电刺激及盆底肌康复训练可更有效增强PFD患者的盆底肌肉张力,减轻盆底功能障碍程度,改善患者的性功能.
Effect of Biofeedback Therapy Combined with Electrical Stimulation and Pelvic Floor Muscle Rehabilitation Training on Pelvic Floor Dysfunction
Objective To investigate the effect of biofeedback therapy combined with electrical stimulation and pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training in the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD).Methods A total of 100 patients with PFD admitted to Gutian County Hospital of Ningde City,Fujian Province from May 2021 to December 2022 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pelvic floor muscle reha-bilitation training,and the observation group was treated with biofeedback and electrical stimulation on the basis of the control group.The pelvic floor muscle tension,pelvic floor dysfunction and sexual function were compared be-tween the two groups.Results After treatment,the muscle voltage values of type I and Ⅱ pelvic floor muscle fibers in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After treatment,the score of Pelvic Floor Distress Inventory-short From-20(PFDI-20)in the observa-tion group was(256.97±16.85)points,which was higher than(239.01±13.98)points in the control group,and the dif-ference was statistically significant(t=5.800,P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Female Sexual Function index(FSFI)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Biofeedback therapy combined with electrical stimulation and pelvic floor muscle rehabili-tation training can more effectively enhance the pelvic floor muscle tension of PFD patients,reduce the degree of pel-vic floor dysfunction,and improve the sexual function of patients.
