Analysis of the Application Effect of Incision Mass Hanging Line Drainage in the Treatment of Plasma Cell Mastitis
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of incision and mass hanging line drainage in patients with plasma cell mastitis. Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with plasma cell mastitis admitted to Linyi Central Hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were retrospectively selected.According to different treatment methods, they were divided into control group and study group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with segmental resection of mammary gland, and the study group was treated with incision mass hanging line drainage. The excellent and good rate of breast aesthetics, perioperative indexes, recurrence rate at 6 months after operation and pain were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of breast aesthetics in the study group was 90.00%(36/40),which was higher than 70.00%(28/40)in the control group, and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(χ2=5.000,P=0.025).The operation time, incision healing time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, and the intraoperative blood loss was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group at 6 months after operation, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 4 h,12 h,1 d and 2 d after operation, the pain score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of incision mass hanging line drainage in pa-tients with plasma cell mastitis has a good effect, which is conducive to improving aesthetics and relieving pain.
