低温等离子射频消融术治疗小儿鼾症的效果评估分析

目的 探讨低温等离子射频消融术治疗儿童鼾症的疗效.方法 随机选取2022年1月—2024年3月连江县总医院收治的100例鼾症患儿为研究对象,根据不同手术方法分为研究组、对照组,每组50例.对照组进行腺样体刮除术与双侧扁桃体剥离术治疗,研究组进行低温等离子射频消融术治疗,对比两组临床指标、炎性因子水平、通气功能.结果 研究组手术时间(24.92±2.07)min、症状缓解时间(6.08±1.22)d、住院时间(5.29±1.26)d,均短于对照组的(41.70±4.25)min、(9.50±2.23)d、(7.48±1.14)d,术中出血量(12.29±2.32)mL,低于对照组的(31.23±4.16)mL,差异均有统计学意义(t=25.099,9.514,9.114,28.117;P均<0.05).术后2周,两组炎症因子水平低于术前,研究组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05).术后6个月,两组通气功能优于术前,研究组呼吸紊乱指数、氧减指数、最长呼吸暂停时间均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 低温等离子射频消融术的应用,能够减轻患儿术后炎症程度,并且利于提高其通气功能,加快其康复速度.
Evaluation and Analysis of the Effect of Low-Temperature Plasma Radio-frequency Ablation in the Treatment of Pediatric Snoring
Objective To investigate the efficacy of low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of snoring in children.Methods A total of 100 children with snoring admitted to Lianjiang County General Hospital from January 2022 to March 2024 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to different surgical methods,they were divided into study group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with adenoidectomy and bilateral tonsillectomy,and the study group was treated with low temperature plasma radiofre-quency ablation.The clinical indexes,inflammatory factor levels and ventilation function of the two groups were com-pared.Results The operation time(24.92±2.07)min,symptom relief time(6.08±1.22)d and hospitalization time(5.29±1.26)d in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(41.70±4.25)min,(9.50±2.23)d,(7.48±1.14)d,and the intraoperative blood loss(12.29±2.32)mL was lower than that in the control group(31.23±4.16)mL,the differ-ences were statistically significant(t=25.099,9.514,9.114,28.117;all P<0.05).At 2 weeks after operation,the levels of inflammatory factors in the two groups were lower than those before operation,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).At 6 months after op-eration,the ventilation function of the two groups was better than that before operation.The respiratory disturbance in-dex,oxygen reduction index and the longest apnea time in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation can reduce the degree of postoperative inflammatory injury in children,improve their ventila-tion function and accelerate their recovery.
