Exploration of the Value of Aripiprazole Combined with Psychotherapy and Rehabilitation Therapy in the Treatment of Treatment-resistant Schizophrenia
Objective To explore the value of aripiprazole combined with psychological and rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of treatment-resistant schizophrenia(TRS).Methods A total of 96 patients with TRS admitted to Quan-zhou Third Hospital from October 2021 to January 2024 were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into study group(n=48)and control group(n=48).Both groups were given psychological and rehabilitation therapy.The control group was treated with clozapine on this basis,and the study group was treated with aripiprazole on this basis.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement and adverse reac-tions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.92%(47/48),which was higher than 81.25%(39/48)in the control group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(χ2=5.470;P<0.05).After treatment,the Positive and Negative Symptom Scale scores of the two groups de-creased,and the scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 12.50%(6/48)compared with 18.75%(9/48)in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(χ2=0.711;P>0.05).Conclusion Ar-ipiprazole combined with psychological and rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of TRS can improve the clinical ef-ficacy,improve the mental symptoms of patients,and has high safety.
