Comparative Analysis of the Application Effect of Mifepristone Combined with Triptorelin Acetate in the Treatment of Uterine Fibroids
Objective To investigate the effect of mifepristone combined with triptorelin acetate on uterine fibroids.Methods A total of 86 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to Xiamen Humanity Maternity Hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to the differences in medication regimens,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mifepristone,and the observation group was treated with mifepristone combined with triptore-lin acetate for 3 months.The clinical effects,hormone levels,serological indicators,fibroid volume and adverse reac-tions of the two groups were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.67%(42/43),which was higher than 81.39%(35/43)in the control group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(χ2=4.468,P=0.035).After treatment,the hormone levels,serological indexes and fibroid volume in the ob-servation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined use of mifepristone and triptorelin acetate for the treatment of uterine fibroids can effectively reduce patinets'hormone levels,promote fibroid tissue atrophy,and have fewer adverse drug reactions.The effect is safe and reliable.
