个体化康复护理干预在颈椎病患者中的应用效果及满意度分析

摘要
目的 分析个体化康复护理干预在颈椎病患者中的应用效果和价值.方法 采用目的抽样法,选取2022年1月—2023年10月聊城市中医医院收治的100例颈椎病患者为研究对象,依据不同护理方法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用个体化康复护理,比较两组患者疼痛程度、颈椎功能、生活质量以及护理满意度.结果 护理后,观察组疼痛视觉模拟量表评分为(2.52±0.64)分,低于对照组的(3.07±0.76)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.914,P<0.05).护理后,观察组颈椎功能障碍指数评分低于对照组、颈椎病临床评价量表评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05).护理后,观察组生活质量综合评定问卷各维度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 个体化康复护理干预对颈椎病患者疼痛程度改善可产生积极影响,同时也能显著提升患者颈椎功能、生活质量以及护理满意度,具有较高应用价值.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect and value of individualized rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with cervical spondylosis.Methods 100 patients with cervical spondylosis treated in Liaocheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects by objective sam-pling method,and were divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received individualized rehabilitation nursing.The pain degree,cervical spine function,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the pain Visual Analogue Scale score of the observation group was(2.52±0.64)points,which was lower than that of the control group(3.07±0.76)points,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(t=3.914,P<0.05).After nursing,the Neck Visability Index score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the Clinical Assessment Scale for Cervical Spondylosis was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Generic Quality of Life Inventory74 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were sta-tistically significant(all P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized rehabilitation nurs-ing intervention can have a positive impact on the improvement of pain degree of patients with cervical spondylosis,and can also significantly improve the function of patients with cervical spine,quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
