Clinical Effect Analysis of Perioperative Standard Ostomy Nursing Process Combined with Cluster Nursing for Patients with Enterostomy
Objective To analyze the value of implementing standard ostomy nursing process+cluster nursing during the perioperative period of enterostomy.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with enterostomy admitted to the Af-filiated Hospital of Yangzhou University from January 2019 to October 2023 were retrospectively selected and divided into control group and investigation group according to different nursing plans,with 40 cases in each group.The con-trol group received standard ostomy nursing process+routine nursing,and the investigation group received cluster nursing on the basis of the control group.The psychological status score,compliance,nursing satisfaction rate and quality of life score of the two groups were compared.Results The compliance of the investigation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Hamilton anxiety Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale in both groups were lower than before nursing,and the score of Self-esteem Scale was higher than before nursing,and the investigation group was better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the investigation group was 97.50%(39/40),higher than that in the control group 80.00%(32/40),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.057,P=0.034).After nursing,the quality of life score of the investigation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Standard ostomy nursing process+cluster nursing has high clinical value,which can reduce the occurrence of ostomy complications,improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the inner burden of patients,and enhance the level of self-esteem.
