肠内营养护理干预应用于老年营养不良患者中的价值探讨

摘要
目的 探究老年营养不良患者采用肠内营养护理的临床价值.方法 方便选取2022年1月—2023年10月无锡市人民医院收治的老年营养不良的患者76例为研究对象,依据不同护理方法分为对照组及观察组,各38例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施肠内营养护理,比较两组患者生活质量评分、心理健康情况及护理满意度.结果 护理后,观察组躯体、心理、物质、社会功能评分分别为(80.77±2.49)分、(85.47±3.88)分、(87.44±2.63)分、(86.42±1.57)分,均优于对照组的(60.28±2.59)分、(61.42±3.62)分、(65.27±3.67)分、(70.68±1.44)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=35.156,27.938,30.268,45.544;P均<0.05).护理后,观察组精神性焦虑、躯体性焦虑评分分别(2.07±1.04)分、(2.11±0.28)分,均优于对照组的(4.13±1.28)分、(4.33±0.42)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=9.751,27.110;P均<0.05).观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 肠内营养护理可改善老年营养不良患者生活质量,缓解不良情绪,提升满意度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value of enteral nutrition nursing for elderly patients with malnutrition.Methods A total of 76 elderly patients with malnutrition admitted to Wuxi People's Hospital from January 2021 to Oc-tober 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into the reference group and the observation group,with 38 cases in each group.The reference group received routine nursing,and the observation group received enteral nutrition nursing.The quality of life score,mental health status and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the physical,psychological,material and social function scores of the observation group were(80.77±2.49)points,(85.47±3.88)points,(87.44±2.63)points and(86.42±1.57)points respectively,they were all better than(60.28±2.59)points,(61.42±3.62)points,(65.27±3.67)points and(70.68±1.44)points in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=35.156,27.938,30.268,45.544;all P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of mental anxiety and physical anxiety in the ob-servation group were(2.07±1.04)points and(2.11±0.28)points,respectively,which were better than those in the refer-ence group(4.13±1.28)points and(4.33±0.42)points,and the differences were statistically significant(t=9.751,27.110;both P<0.05).The incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Enteral nutrition nursing can improve the quality of life of elderly patients with malnutrition,relieve bad mood and enhance satisfaction.
