Exploration of the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Pa-tients with Renal Anemia Undergoing Peritoneal Dialysis
Objective To explore and analysis the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with renal anemia undergoing peritoneal dialysis. Methods A total of 80 patients with peritoneal dialysis renal anemia admitted to Affiliated Huishan Hospital to Nantong University Xinglin College from October 2018 to October 2023 were se-lected as the research objects by purposive sampling method. They were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the comprehensive group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The nursing observation time of the two groups was 3 months, and the overall quality of life, compliance and nursing satisfaction of the patients were recorded. Results After 3 months of nursing, the nursing satisfaction of the comprehensive group was 100.00%(40/40),which was higher than 85.00%(34/40)of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.505,P<0.05).After 3 months of nursing, the quality of life scores(muscle soreness, muscle spasm, chest pain, skin itching, dry skin, shortness of breath, dizziness, loss of appetite)in the comprehensive group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The nursing compliance rate of the comprehensive group during 3 months of nursing was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with renal anemia through membrane dialysis can improve their nursing satisfaction, improve their quality of life and im-prove their nursing compliance.
