Effects of Fetal Heart Monitoring Combined with Refined Psychological Care on the Mental State of Pregnant Women and Neonatal Outcomes
Objective The clinical value of fetal heart monitoring combined with refined psychological nursing for pregnant women and its effect on neonatal outcome were analyzed. Methods From June 2022 to June 2023,80 preg-nant women waiting for delivery in Xinyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly selected as the re-search objects. They were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.40 cases in the control group were treated with fetal heart monitoring combined with routine nursing, and 40 cases in the observation group were treated with fetal heart monitoring combined with refined psychological nursing. The psychological state, delivery efficacy and neonatal outcome of pregnant women were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were(42.16±3.85)points and(44.12±3.56)points,respec-tively,which were lower than(49.65±5.46)points and(49.55±3.85)points in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=7.091,6.549;both P<0.05).The Childbirth Self-Efficacy Inventory-C32 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of neonatal adverse outcomes was 2.50%(1/40),which was lower than 20.00%(8/40)in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.507,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of fetal heart monitoring and refined psychological care can alleviate the negative emotions of pregnant women, improve their sense of delivery efficacy, and reduce the incidence of adverse outcomes of newborns.
