Prevention Nursing Effect Analysis of Lower Extremity Deep Vein Throm-bosis After Fracture Operation
Objective To analyze the nursing effect of preventive nursing on the prevention of lower extremity deep ve-nous thrombosis in patients after fracture surgery. Methods A total of 150 patients with fracture surgery admitted to the Department of Orthopedics,Wenshang County People's Hospital of Jining City from February 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects by purposive sampling method.According to different nursing methods, they were divided into study group and control group, with 75 cases in each group. The study group used preventive nursing intervention, and the control group used routine nursing. The nursing satisfaction and the incidence of deep vein thrombosis, the incidence of constipation and early activity rate were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in the study group was 1.33%(1/75),which was lower than that in the control group 12.00%(9/75),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.857,P=0.009).The nurs-ing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).The incidence of constipation in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the early activity rate was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Con-clusion Applying preventive nursing interventions to patients after fracture surgery can reduce the probability of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis, enhance patient satisfaction with nursing, reduce the risk of postoperative constipa-tion,and enable patients to get out of bed and move around as early as possible.
