优质护理干预在烧伤创面换药中的应用效果分析

摘要
目的 探究优质护理干预应用在烧伤创面换药护理中的效果.方法 随机选取2023年1-12月盐城市大丰人民医院收治的60例烧伤创面换药患者为研究对象,按照不同护理方法分组,对照组(n=30)实行常规护理,观察组(n=30)实行优质护理干预模式.对患者负面心理、不同时点的疼痛程度、创面愈合情况、并发症及生活质量情况进行评估.结果 观察组护理干预后焦虑和抑郁评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组护理后7 d、出院时的疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组创面愈合时间(21.66±3.48)d,短于对照组的(24.23±4.09)d,差异有统计学意义(t=2.621,P=0.011).观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理后,观察组生理健康、心理状态、社会关系、独立能力维度的生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 优质护理对烧伤创面换药患者具有良好的干预作用,可降低患者疼痛程度,减轻患者的不良心理状态,安全性较好.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of high quality nursing intervention in dressing change of burn wound.Methods From January to December 2023,60 patients with burn wound dressing change admitted to Dafeng People's Hospital of Yancheng City were randomly selected as the research objects.They were divided into groups according to different nursing methods.The control group(n=30)was given routine nursing,and the observation group(n=30)was given high-quality nursing intervention mode.The patients'negative psychology,pain degree at different time points,wound healing,complications and quality of life were evaluated.Results The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after nursing intervention,and the differences were statis-tically significant(both P<0.05).The pain scores of the observation group at 7 days after nursing and at discharge were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The wound healing time of the observation group(21.66±3.48)d was shorter than that of the control group(24.23±4.09)d,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.621,P=0.011).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life scores of physical health,psychological state,social relationship and independent ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Con-clusion High quality nursing has a good intervention effect on burn wound dressing change patients.
