探讨标准护理流程在颅底区肿瘤患者围手术期中的效果

摘要
目的 探究在对颅底区肿瘤患者围手术期开展标准护理流程对患者术后疼痛、生活质量以及术后恢复等方面的影响.方法 随机选取2023年1-12月乐陵市人民医院收治的60例颅底区肿瘤患者为研究对象,依据不同护理方法分为对照组(30例,常规护理)、观察组(30例,标准护理流程护理).比较两组护理满意度、依从性、生活质量以及心理状态.结果 观察组的依从率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理后,观察组的心理状态评分、生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组的护理满意度为96.67%(29/30),高于对照组的73.33%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.706,P<0.05).结论 在颅底区肿瘤患者围手术期护理时开展标准护理流程,可以提升患者生活质量,改善患者心理状态,提升护理满意度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of standard nursing process on postoperative pain,quality of life and post-operative recovery in patients with cranial base tumor during perioperative period.Methods A total of 60 patients with skull base tumors admitted to Leling People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group(30 cases,routine nurs-ing)and observation group(30 cases,standard nursing process nursing).The nursing satisfaction,compliance,quality of life and psychological state were compared between the two groups.Results The compliance of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the psychological state score and quality of life score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than 73.33%(22/30)of the control group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(χ2=4.706,P<0.05).Conclusion To carry out the standard nursing process in the perioperative nursing of pa-tients with cranial base tumor can improve the quality of life of patients,improve the psychological state of patients,and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
