Exploring the Effect of Standard Nursing Process in Perioperative Period of Patients with Cranial Base Tumor
Objective To explore the effect of standard nursing process on postoperative pain,quality of life and post-operative recovery in patients with cranial base tumor during perioperative period.Methods A total of 60 patients with skull base tumors admitted to Leling People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group(30 cases,routine nurs-ing)and observation group(30 cases,standard nursing process nursing).The nursing satisfaction,compliance,quality of life and psychological state were compared between the two groups.Results The compliance of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the psychological state score and quality of life score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than 73.33%(22/30)of the control group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(χ2=4.706,P<0.05).Conclusion To carry out the standard nursing process in the perioperative nursing of pa-tients with cranial base tumor can improve the quality of life of patients,improve the psychological state of patients,and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
