Analysis of the Effect of Early Rehabilitation Nursing on Neurological Function and Limb Function in Patients with Stroke
Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on neurological function and limb function in stroke patients. Methods A total of 100 stroke patients admitted to Donghai County People's Hospital of Jiangsu Province from January to December 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to different nurs-ing methods, they were divided into routine group(routine nursing)and observation group(early rehabilitation nurs-ing),50 cases in each group. The effects of neurological function, limb function and quality of life were compared be-tween the two groups. Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in the scores of neurological function and limb function between the two groups(all P>0.05).At discharge, the neurological function score of the observation group was(12.55±1.24)points,and the limb function score was(109.97±6.13)points,which were better than those of the control group(13.54±1.64)points and(97.25±5.24)points,the differences were statistically significant(t=3.405,11.153;both P<0.05).At discharge, the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the con-trol group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing for stroke patients can strengthen limb function, nerve function and improve the quality of life of patients.
