目的 探究肺癌手术患者接受快速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS)护理模式应用价值.方法 随机选取2021年8月—2023年7月聊城市退役军人医院收治的50例行肺癌根治术的患者为研究对象,根据不同护理措施分为对照组及观察组,各25例.对照组行常规护理,观察组行ERAS护理.对比两组的负性情绪、疼痛程度、生活质量和并发症发生率.结果 干预后,观察组抑郁、焦虑及压力分别为(7.41±1.40)分、(7.35±1.21)分、(6.12±1.77)分,均低于对照组的(8.23±1.24)分、(8.26±1.51)分、(7.21±1.76)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=2.192,2.351,2.183;P均<0.05);且观察组疼痛程度(3.14±0.87)分低于对照组的(3.78±1.05)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.347;P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 常规护理缺乏针对性,ERAS护理可促进术后康复,且规避了风险导致并发症出现,因此改善生活质量.
Application Effect of Enhanced Recovery after Surgery Nursing Model in Patients Undergoing Lung Cancer Surgery and Analysis of Its Impact on Complication Rate
Objective To explore the application value of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)nursing model for patients undergoing lung cancer surgery.Methods Fifty patients who underwent radical resection of lung cancer in Liaocheng Veterans Hospital from August 2021 to July 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects and di-vided into a control group and an observation group according to different nursing measures,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received ERAS nursing.The negative emotions,pain degree,quality of life and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results After interven-tion,the depression,anxiety and stress of the observation group were(7.41±1.40)points,(7.35±1.21)points,(6.12±1.77)points,which were all lower than(8.23±1.24)points,(8.26±1.51)points,(7.21±1.76)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.192,2.351,2.183;all P<0.05);the pain degree of the observation group was(3.14±0.87)points,lower than(3.78±1.05)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.347;P<0.05);the scores of quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Routine nursing lacks pertinence.ERAS nursing can promote postoperative rehabilitation and avoid the occurrence of complications caused by risks,thus im-proving the quality of life.
