八桂韦氏伤科手法配合筋针治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效研究

摘要
目的 探究八桂韦氏伤科手法配合筋针治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效.方法 随机选取2022年4月—2023年4月广东省深圳市中医院筋伤科收治的70例膝骨关节炎患者作为研究对象,以不同治疗方法将其分为对照组和治疗组,各35例.对照组服用塞来昔布胶囊,治疗组采用八桂韦氏伤科手法配合筋针治疗.比较两组患者的临床治疗疗效、膝关节功能评分以及生活质量评分.结果 治疗组治疗总有效率为94.29%(33/35),优于对照组的77.14%(27/35),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.200;P<0.05).治疗后,治疗组患者膝关节功能评分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 八桂韦氏伤科手法配合筋针治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效显著,可有效改善患者病情并缓解症状,患者恢复较快,提高患者的生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the curative effect of Bagui Wei's traumatology manipulation combined with tendon acupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods From April 2022 to April 2023,70 patients with knee os-teoarthritis admitted to the Department of Sinew Injury in Shenzhen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Guangdong were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and treatment group with dif-ferent treatment methods,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Celecoxib Capsules,and the treatment group was treated with Bagui Wei's traumatology manipulation combined with tendon acupuncture.The clinical efficacy,knee function score and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results The to-tal effective rate of the treatment group was 94.29%(33/35),which was better than 77.14%(27/35)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.200;P<0.05).After treatment,the knee function score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Bagui Wei's traumatology ma-nipulation combined with tendon acupuncture is effective in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.It can effectively im-prove the patient's condition and relieve symptoms.The patient recovers quickly and improves the patient's quality of life.
