中医外治法耳穴压豆治疗社区高血压的研究进展

摘要
高血压是一种以血压升高为主要特征一种的可逆性慢性疾病,是心脑血管疾病的重要危险因素,对人体健康构成了严重的威胁.中医在高血压的治疗中发挥重要作用,本文从中医角度分析高血压的病因、治疗现状,重点分析中医外治法耳穴压豆在辅助降压的作用,改善引起血压升高的诱因,如改善睡眠、减轻焦虑、止痛.
Abstract
Hypertension is a reversible chronic disease characterized by elevated blood pressure.It is an important risk factor for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and poses a serious threat to human health.Traditional Chi-nese medicine plays an important role in the treatment of hypertension.This paper analyzes the etiology and treatment status of hypertension from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine.It focuses on the analysis of the applica-tion of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment of auricular point pressing beans in assisting blood pressure re-duction,and improving the causes of elevated blood pressure,such as improving sleep,reducing anxiety,and relieving pain.
