摘要
随着新媒体环境的快速生成，高校思想政治教育面临新的机遇和挑战。目前，我国高校思想政治教育在教育内容、教育途径、教育方式、教育理念等方面存在一定的滞后性，难以适应新媒体快速发展的节奏，新媒体管理制度建设和管理队伍建设也有待加强。要想抓住新媒体快速发展的机遇以实现思想政治教育转型，就要整合新旧媒体的优势，结合好网络媒体与手机媒介的信息传播优势，完善媒体管理制度和新媒体思想政治教育队伍建设制度，从多个层面构建新媒体环境下所适用的高校思想政治教育范式。
Abstract
With the rapid generation of the new media environment ,college ideological and political educa-tion is facing new opportunities and challenges .At present ,college ideological education has a certain lag in terms of the education content , teaching ways , teaching methods and education concept ,w hich has made it difficult to adapt to the rhythm of the rapid development of new media ,and the new media man-agement system construction and management team construction also needs to be strengthened .In order to seize the opportunity of rapid development of new media to achieve the transformation of ideological and political education ,we must integrate the advantages of old and new media ,combine with good network media and mobile media information dissemination advantages ,improve the media management system and new media ideological and political education team building system ,to build a new media environment applicable to the ideological and political education paradigm from various aspects .
