In today's world,the competition for national soft power centered on ideas and discourse is becoming increasingly fierce,and the global ocean governance concept has become an important aspect of international ocean competition.In response to the development trend of global ocean governance and the urgent need for China to build a maritime power,China's global ocean governance concept has emerged.China's global ocean governance concept is a comprehensive discourse system composed of a series of ocean governance concepts such as a community with a shared future for the ocean,the"21st Century Maritime Silk Road"initiative,the blue partnership,and marine ecological civilization,reflecting China's basic views and overall stance on global ocean governance.In order to better disseminate China's global ocean governance concept to the international community,China needs to increase its efforts in areas such as"audible","understandable",and"trustworthy",so that it can truly take root and be put into practice on a global scale.
