Based on data from A-share listed companies from 2014 to 2022,this article explores the impact and mechanism of digital transformation and green innovation in enterprises.Research has found that digital transformation of enterprises can significantly promote green innovation,with a more significant effect on improving green quality innovation,and the promotion effect is more significant in technology and labor-intensive enterprises.Mechanism analysis shows that enterprise digital transformation promotes green innovation by increasing dynamic innovation and R&D investment,and the degree of economic policy uncertainty negatively regulates the transmission effect between enterprise digital transformation and green innovation.According to the threshold effect test,both dynamic innovation and R&D investment have threshold effect,and the effect is significantly improved after crossing the threshold value.
