Research on the Fertility Intention of Women of Childbearing Age under the"Three Children"Policy:Based on the Perspectives of Female Individuals,Family Relationships, and Social Communication
This study investigates the factors influencing the fertility intention of women of childbearing age from three aspects:individual, family relationships, and social communication.Based on the actual life circle of women of childbearing age,the survey hypothesis is that the fertility intention of women of childbearing age is the decisive influencing factor;the family circle in which women of childbearing age live is a direct factor affecting their willingness to have children;the social circle of women of childbearing age is an indirect factor that affects their willingness to have children.Through the use of SPSS software for multiple logistic regression analysis of online survey data, the following conclusions were drawn:the personal factors that affect the fertility intention of women of childbearing age mainly include education, occupation, postpartum physical and mental burden, personal free time, etc;family circle factors include spousal fertility sharing, parental attitudes and inter-generational support, and family gender preferences for children;social circle factors include workplace environment, labor pressure, the willingness of people around them to have children, their family status after childbirth, and the implementation of grassroots fertility policies.Based on the results of offline interviews,it is found that the degree of influence on the fertility intention of women of childbearing age is centered on individual women of childbearing age,and decreases according to their family life circle and social communication circle, verifying the survey hypothesis. Therefore,in order to enhance the fertility willingness of women of childbearing age under the"three children"policy, solutions should be sought from institutional guarantees such as building a family fertility support system, improving the labor protection system for female employees, and perfecting the system for male participation in child rearing.
