江西省虎山站"四预"数字孪生系统应用研究

充分运用已有洪水预报与调度模型,叠加可视化模型、三维仿真技术,用于构建江西省虎山水文站"四预"数字孪生系统.该系统通过实时监测和预报数据,对不同降雨条件下实况或未来的站点附近流域洪水淹没进行分析计算,提升洪水预报、预警工作的准确性与直观性,增强洪水预警结果的可靠性,降低洪水可能带来的灾害影响;同时,实现水文站及所在流域洪水全过程动态场景模拟与映射,辅助洪水预报与调度决策.
Make full use of the existing flood forecasting and dispatching models,superimposed visual models and three-dimensional simulation technology to construct the"Forecast,Early Warning,Rehearsal and Plan"digital twin system of Hushan hydrological station in Jiangxi Province.By accessing real-time monitoring or forecasting data,the analysis and calculation of real-time or future flood inundation in the basin near the station under different rainfall conditions can be realized,providing real-time and accurate data visualization support for flood forecasting and early warning.The research rusults improve the accuracy and intuitiveness of flood forecasting,enhance the reliability of flood warning results,improve the predictability and preview effect of flood disasters in Hushan hydrological station and its basin,and reduce the possible disaster impact of flood.Meanwhile,the scene simulation and mapping of the whole process of flood in the hydrological station and its basin are realized to assist flood forecasting and dispatching decision,and provide objective and feasible flood control decision support.
