潮白河综合治理与生态修复的思考和建议

摘要
经多年治理,潮白河已经基本形成了健全的防洪体系和水生态环境体系,但有关河道治理方面还很不完善,存在很多继续解决的问题.在分析潮白河防洪安全、水生态、水环境、水务信息化、管理体制等方面存在问题的基础上,结合新一轮的综合治理与生态修复,提出建议和对策.
Abstract
After years of governance,the Chaobai River has formed a basically sound flood control system and water ecological environment system.However,the current river management is still very imperfect,and there are still many problems that need to be solved.The problems of Chaobai River in flood control safety,water ecology,water environment,water information technology,management system and other aspects were analyzed in this paper.Based on the new round of comprehensive management and ecological restoration,suggestions and countermeasures were proposed.
