Error Analysis of Telemetry Water Level Based on Uncertainty and Correlation Calculation
Zhangjiafen Hydrological Station is the a control station for the inflow of the Baihe River in Miyun Reservoir, which is responsible for observing the inflow volume of the Miyun Reservoir.Based on methods such as uncertainty and correlation analysis, the error between telemetry and manual measurement of hydrological data at this hydrological station was studied in this paper. The results showed that the correlation coefficient between the telemetry data and the manual observation data series reached above 0.99,the point distance distribution was uniform, and the relationship was basically linear. The error was within the allowable error range of the standard and tends to a normal distribution. The error and random uncertainty of the telemetry water level observation system were within the specified control error range of±1 cm,and the clock error was less than±0.5 min,all of which complied with relevant regulatory requirements. The analysis results demonstrated the effectiveness and practicality of telemetry.
