摘要

主要阐述海水工况下水利工程金属结构闸门防腐工艺.海洋工况下的金属结构腐蚀要比内河淡水严重得多,提高闸门防腐技术及提高工程耐久性、延长金属结构使用寿命对水利工程非常重要.对海水对钢结构的腐蚀特征、各种防腐工艺及施工技术要求进行分析与描述,并对牺牲阳极块的布置数量及耐久性进行计算验证,为今后类似工程提供参考.

Abstract

The anti-corrosion technology of hydraulic engineering metal structure gates under the seawater conditions was described in this paper.As the corrosion of metal structure under the seawater conditions is much more serious than that of fresh water in inland rivers,it is very important for the hydraulic engineering to improve the anti-corrosion technology and durability of the gate,and to extend the service life of the metal structure.In this paper,the corrosion characteristics of steel structure by seawater,various anti-corrosion techniques and construction technology requirements were analyzed and described,and the arrangement number and durability of sacrificial anode blocks were calculated and verified.It can provide references for similar projects in the future.
